COPPA DI TIRAMISU\u2019<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Ingredienti:
250 grammi di mascarpone
1 cucchiaio di rum invecchiato
3 tuorli d\u2019uovo
30 grammi di zucchero
250 ml di panna da montare
300 ml di caff\u00e8
16 savoiardi
polvere di cacao
Preparazione:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Sbattere il rum con il formaggio. Sbattere anche i tuorli con lo zucchero, circa 6 minuti, fino ad ottenere un composto spumoso. Aggiungetelo alla preparazione precedente e sbattete ancora. Montare la panna e incorporarla, in 3 volte, con movimenti avvolgenti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Disporre il caff\u00e8 freddo in una ciotola capiente. Immergete i biscotti, uno per uno, senza inzupparli, in modo che non si sfaldino.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Montare il tiramis\u00f9 in bicchieri o bicchieri di cristallo, alternando strati di pan di spagna e crema al mascarpone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Copritelo con pellicola trasparente e lasciatelo in frigo, circa 4 ore. Servire il tiramis\u00f9 nel bicchiere spolverato con un po\u2019 di cacao amaro.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
