INGREDIENTI
4 tuorli d\u2019uovo
uovo 100 g di zucchero
30 g di amido di mais
500 ml di latte
cannella
scorza di limone
INDIRIZZI<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Riscaldare il latte, la cannella e la scorza di limone in una piccola padella.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Versare una miscela di zucchero, tuorli d\u2019uovo e amido di mais nel latte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Sbattete velocemente e lasciate sobbollire per qualche minuto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Congelare per un\u2019ora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Cospargere la superficie con lo zucchero e infornare a 200\u00b0C per 3 minuti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
