Ingredienti:
1 litro di latte
7 tuorli d\u2019uovo o unit\u00e0
150 grammi di zucchero (\u00be tazza)
5 millilitri di essenza di vaniglia
Per il caramello:
100 grammi di zucchero (\u00bd tazza)
20 millilitri di caramello
Preparazione:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Sbattere le uova con lo zucchero, fino a quando lo zucchero non sar\u00e0 completamente sciolto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Portare a ebollizione il latte e aggiungerlo immediatamente al composto, mescolando continuamente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. In una padella disporre lo zucchero con l\u2019acqua, senza mescolare, fino ad ottenere un caramello. Muovi costantemente la padella per evitare che si bruci.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Aggiungere il caramello nello stampo e allargarlo rapidamente su tutta la base.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Versare il composto del flan negli stampini, infornare e cuocere a bagnomaria a 170\u00b0C per 45 minuti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Trascorso questo tempo, lasciate raffreddare a temperatura ambiente per 2 ore, sformate con cura il flan al caramello. Da tenere in frigorifero.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
